Understanding the Chakra System
Your chakras are basically energy hubs running from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Think of them like Wi-Fi routers for your life force—when they're balanced, everything flows. When they're blocked? That's when you feel stuck, anxious, or drained.
Each of the seven main chakras governs a different area of your life: survival and security (root), creativity and pleasure (sacral), confidence and willpower (solar plexus), love and connection (heart), communication and truth (throat), intuition and insight (third eye), and spiritual connection (crown).
