6. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe instantly using the one-click unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. Alternatively, you can manage your preferences through the secure preference management link provided in each newsletter, which allows you to update your subscription settings.
7. Can I delete my personal data?
Yes. You can request complete deletion of all your data including encrypted emails, anonymized IP logs, newsletter preferences, and contact form submissions by emailing contact@clairvoya.app. All deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and we will confirm when your data has been permanently removed.
8. What analytics does Clairvoya use?
Clairvoya uses Microsoft Clarity for session recordings and heatmaps to improve astrology content delivery, and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization for website optimization. All analytics data is automatically deleted after 26 months and is used solely to enhance user experience on our astrology platform.
9. What is Clairvoya's data retention policy?
Clairvoya automatically manages data retention with these limits: newsletter subscriber data (2 years maximum), analytics data (26 months), contact form submissions (2 years), and expired security tokens are cleaned up immediately. We never retain data longer than necessary for our services.
