Welcome to Clairvoya, a digital platform developed and operated by TopTalk AI, a Washington state limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Clairvoya mobile application (the "App") or any related services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

• Certain features of the App may require payment. All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App.

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to TopTalk AI and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without our permission.

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of the Services.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
• Your interactions with third-party service providers within the App are solely between you and those providers.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your rights to use the App cease immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington.
